Questions Webhooks

Knowledgebase questions can have their configured answers supplemented or replaced with answers from a webhook handler. The choice between supplementing and replacing is configured on each question in the Ocelot Admin.

When the webhook handler return an error, the chatbot will fall back to using the answers configured in the knowledgebase.
